This 36 year old lady has a history of pregnancy and breast involution. She underwent total submuscular breast augmentation with 500 cc High Profile, Silicone implants through a periareolar approach (nipple incision). These photos were taken one year after her surgery. Her breasts are soft and her cosmesis and symmetry is excellent. Her incision is nearly imperceptable.
