Face Lift, Lip Lift and Tip Rhinoplasty (nose).
Patient wanted improvement of jowls, neck, sagging cheeks and bulbous nasal tip.
She also wanted a more youthful mouth by enhancing the lip and shortening the distance from upper lip to nose.

Details: Note shorter distance of lip to nose (more youthful mouth). Nose is shaped, feminine and not bulbous anymore. Jaw line sharp and cheeks higher.
