38 year old, Female, 135lbs lbs, 5'5''
This patient requested an augmentation with lift and minimal scars. A donut mastopexy (basically makes areola smaller and tightens the skin some with a circular scar) was performed with 350cc saline implants filled to 360 bilaterally placed in a dual plane (partial under the muscle). Her scars were marginal and she wanted more of a lift so she agreed to a formal mastopexy and its associated additional scars. After the formal lift she was very happy with the result.

Details: Preop the nipple hangs below the breast crease, so achieving the an optimal result usually requires a formal lift. The limited lift is ok, but the next pictures illustrate improved shape with more scars-- a tradeoff I generally recommend. Her breasts will also stand the test of time and gravity much better.
