32 year old asian female that requested enhancement of her breasts. She has had three children and did breast feed. She wanted a natural more fuller look. She underwent breast augmentation via inframammary incision with smooth round 300cc saline implants. We overfilled the right implant to 320 and the left was filled to 330. She had an uneventful recovery and is happy with her size and shape.
