29 year old who had one child and was a AA cup size and desired a full C. She is thin and wanted fairly big implants for her frame so I recommended silicone to lessen the chance of rippling or palpability, which is more common with larger saline implants in thin people. She underwent breast augmentation through an areola incision with 400cc smooth high profile silicone gel implants. She was very happy with the result.
