This patient came to see Dr. Sam Richwine, Jr., with the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville, with the desire to have larger breast implants. She had previously been to the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville, and Dr. Richwine put 375 cc saline-filled breast implants filled to 390 cc's approximately 10 years ago. She desired to have these implants removed and larger breast implants inserted. Dr. Richwine removed the old saline breast implants and inserted new 800 cc - 960 cc saline implants through an areolar incision and inflated these breast implants to 960 cc's. This patient was very happy with her surgical resulat and post-operatively, she stated that she loved her new breasts.
