This patient came to see Dr. Sam Richwine, Jr., with the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville, interested in increasing the size and enhancing the appearance of her breasts. At the time of her consultation, she was a 34A desiring to be a 'C' cup. Dr. Richwine inserted 425 cc - 510 cc saline implants through an inferior areolar incision. This patient was very happy with the size, shape, and symmetry of her breasts after the surgery was completed at the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville.
