Point of Entry
Periareola (at the areola) Type of Implant Saline filled Implant Placement Partial Sub-Muscular (sub-pectoral, below pectoral)
This patient presented herself to Dr. Richwine unhappy with the size of her breasts. She felt that her breasts were out of proportion with rest of her body. She was an 'A' cup prior to surgery with the desire to be a 'C' cup. Dr. Richwine inserted 300 cc. moderate profile, saline implants that were filled to 360 ccs. This patient obtained an excellent result with excellent breast symmetry post-operatively.
