Point of Entry
Periareola (at the areola) Type of Implant Saline filled Implant Placement Partial Sub-Muscular (sub-pectoral, below pectoral)
This patient came to Dr. Abell unsatisfied with the appearance of her breasts following gastric bypass surgery in 2004. Dr. Abell inserted two 325 cc. saline implants which were both filled to 350 ccs. Dr. Abell also performed a mastopexy (breast lift) on this patient during this surgery in August 2007. This patient was extremely pleased with her surgical result following the breast augmentation and mastopexy.
