This patient came to Dr. Abell and the Aesthetic Center of Gaiensville unsatisfied with the appearance of her breasts following gastric bypass surgery in 2004. Dr. Abell and the patient both decided that breast augmentation surgery would be her best option to alleviate this dissatisfaction with her breasts. Dr. Abell inserted two 325 cc. saline implants which were both filled to 350 ccs during breast augmentation surgery at the state-licensed surgery center at the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville. Dr. Abell also performed a mastopexy (breast lift) on this patient during this surgery in August 2007. This patient was extremely pleased with her surgical result following breast augmentation and mastopexy surgery.
