This young lady underwent successful bariatric (weight loss) surgery at another centre. She wanted to have more youthful uplifted breasts without using implants, all the while keeping incisions to a minimum. A mastopexy (breast lift) with a short vertical scar and auto-augmentation (using her own breast tissue) was performed. She did not require implants or incisions under the breast crease. She is very pleased with these results.
