This patients heavy upper lids and excess skin caused her to feel fatigued. She also felt that this hallmark of aging did not fit with her vibrant outgoing personality. Upper lid blepharoplasty was performed with removal of excess skin, fat and muscle. She is very happy with these results and did not wish to have any work performed on her lower lids.
