Nipple Reduction Before and After Pictures by Tom J. Pousti, MD, FACS

This 39-year old patient from Carlsbad, California (North County San Diego) was interested in breast augmentation and nipple reduction surgery. The patient was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts, along with her elongated nipples. The patient wanted to achieve fullness while still looking natural. In order to achieve her desired look, saline breast implants were used and filled to 325cc in both breasts along with nipple reduction surgery. The patient is now 1-month post-op surgery and is very happy with her new and improved appearance.
