This 64 year old female cosmetic surgery patient from Cartersville, GA presented requesting face and neck rejuvenation as well as improvement in skin tone and texture. Photos shown are before and about 2 months after upper and lower eye lift, laser-assisted face and neck lift (Smartlipo laser), fat transfer to the lower eyelid region, cheeks and nasolabial folds (around the mouth) and Affirm fractionated CO2 laser treatment to the full face. Down time for this type of surgical procedure is about 7 days and there is little discomfort. With the use of the two lasers, bruising is minimized and scars are much smaller than a typical face lift procedure.
