Patient is a 40 year old mother of 2 children who had recently lost 41 lbs. She was interested in correcting sagging skin by having breast lift surgery and increasing breast volume by having a breast augmentation. She was a 36C prior to surgery. In addition to having her breasts lifted and excess skin removed, she had 475cc saline implants surgically inserted under the muscle on each side.
