35 year old female with complaints of a "bulge" in her midline abdomen above the levenl of her belly button and lax skin below her belly button. Patient underwent full abdominoplasty with excision of lax abdominal skin and tightening of the abdominal muscles above and beow the belly button, resulting in a flatter, firmer abdomen.
