This 33 year old woman traveled from Columbia requesting a reduction in the size of her heavy and pandulous breasts. Pre operatively she wore a 40 DDD bra size and now after her breast reduction wears a 40 C bra size. She also complained of back, neck, and shoulder pain related to the heaviness of her breasts and now after surgery her symptoms are much improved.
