A total of almost 1800 grams was removed from this 26 year old when she underwent a breast reduction one month ago. The patient was in a 40 DD bra pre operatively. She now has relief from her back, shoulder, and neck pain. She is early in her post operative recovery period and we are still waiting to determine her ultimate post operative bra size.
