These photos represent the before and after views of a 53 year old woman who underwent the breast reduction surgery. This patient had removed, almost 800 grams from her left breast and over 800 grams from her right breast. Her bra size decreased from a 40 DD cup size ot a 38 C cup size and she no longer complains of back, neck, or shoulder pain...she no longer gets rashes underneath her breasts. She has an increased self esteem and feels much better in her clothes as it is now much easier for her to find her size.
