This 46 year old woman from Seneca, South Carolina decided to undergo breast reduction surgery to reduce her 40 - 42 DD bra size to a 40 C size. This patient had undergone a gastric bypass and lost 127 pounds, she wanted a breast reduction to not only help to reduce her back, neck, and shoulder pain but also to help her breasts to return to a more proportional size. 521 grams were removed from the right and 591 grams were removed from the left. Her post operative pictures were taken 4 months after her surgery.
