This is a 28 year old female patient from El Cajon, California who had formerly undergone gastric bypass surgery and a 140 pound weight loss. She came in to see Dr. Mofid complaining of the additional skin the gastric bypass surgery had left her with, as well as the lack of elasticity in her Breast. Dr. Mofid recommended a Belt Lipectomy (Body Lift) to remove any extra skin as well as a Breast Augmentation with Lift using saline implants. She came in nine months after her Belt Lipectomy (Body Lift) and Breast Augmentation with a Lift using sub muscular saline implants to take her after photos.
