This is a 62 year old female patient from San Diego, California who decided to see a plastic surgeon in the San Diego area for a breast reduction. She chose to come in to see plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Mofid, at one of his San Diego locations. This patient had intense pain in her shoulders and back due to her large breasts. She also wanted a more defined waistline. Dr. Mark Mofid recommended a bilateral breast reduction as well as liposuction of the flanks and back rolls to give her a more petite figure.
