This is a 42 year old female patient from San Diego, California who came in unsatisfied with her previous breast augmentation with a lift performed by another surgeon. Her implants were exchanged from saline sub glandular implants to silicone sub muscular implants with an Alloderm sling and revision mastopexy. These photos were taken one year after a revision of a breast lift (mastopexy) and an implant exchange.
