This is a 42 year old female patient from San Diego, California who decided to see a plastic surgeon in the San Diego area for a breast reduction. She chose to come in to see plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Mofid, at one of his San Diego locations. This patient came in complaining that her double E breasts had been causing her discomfort in her neck, shoulders, and back. Dr. Mofid recommended a bilateral breast reduction using the short vertical technique.
