This is a 28 year old female patient from San Diego, California who decided to see a plastic surgeon in the San Diego area for a rhinoplasty. She chose to come in to see plastic surgeon, Dr. Mark Mofid, at one of his San Diego locations. This patient had previous nasal fractures, nasal dorsal irregularities, hanging columella and poor nasal tip projection. Dr. Mofid recommended an open technique rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting. These photos were taken six months after a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Mark Mofid.
