Point of Entry
Submammary (lower breast crease) Type of Implant Saline filled Implant Placement Partial Sub-Muscular (sub-pectoral, below pectoral)
This young lady with a 28 inch chest measurement and a 32A bra desired a moderate increase in cup size. She had 300cc smooth, round, saline breast implants inflated to 330cc's placed under the pectoralis muscle under anesthesia as an out-patient. Her post-operative photographs were taken only three months after surgery, so she still has quite a bit of upper breast fullness which will go down after the implants "settle."
