Periareola (at the areola) Type of Implant Silicone-gel filled Implant Placement Sub-glandular (below gland tissue)
Patient has severe tuberous breasts (narrow based breasts, far apart). Had 325cc high profile silicone gel implants placed in a subfascial pocket. Cup size increased from 32A to 32D.
