50 year old, Female, 160 lbs, 5'2'', Medium skin tone
50 year old female from Arlington, WA, had silicone gel implants placed over 18 years ago. Developed firm, deformed breasts secondary to contractures. Implants were explanted and the patient had a short scar breast lift. Went from a 38DD to a 38C cup.
