This patient did not want to have tummy tuck surgery. But she did not like the excess fat in the stomach. She was willing to take her chances of having excess skin after liposuction. Her skin was slightly loose and had stretch marks. I told her that she may end up with some extra skin. After the suctioning, most of the skin shrank. She was quite happy with her results.
