In certain cases it may not be necessary to perform an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck). If the skin tone of the patient is good, one can perform liposuction and get excellent results. The success of a procedure like this really depends on the skin quality of the patient. It is not for everyone.

Details: Sequential or staged liposuction is a very safe way of removing large volumes of fat. Her procedure was done in two stages. The upper abdomen was suctioned first, followed by the lower abdomen.
