Patient is a 14 year-old Hispanic boy with congenital prominent ear deformities- right slightly worse than left.  He had both conchal bowl excess- particularly on the right, as well as loss of his antihelical folds, excess postauricular musculature and skin, and prominent earlobes.  This has led to teasing of the patient in school and some fights.  He underwent bilateral Otoplasties with correction of all ear deformities through hidden, post-auricular incisions.  His self-confidence has been greatly helped.
