This 56 year old lady presented with a discouraging problem with her very large breasts and her body contours. She wanted to have improvements and asked for my opinion. My suggestion was to do the breast reduction and at the same time do a tummy tuck and aggressive liposuction to complete the approach. The patient wanted to remain in a D cup bra. The patient had a breast reduction and tummy tuck. With this, LIPOSUCTION was completed in the upper back, waist, hips and upper abdomen areas. Notice that the patient has very nice body contours under all of the excess fatty tissue and the breasts (that are hiding the abdomen pre op). She is shown at a VERY early stage of 2 months and will continue to improve markedly over one years time or so. This is a very happy patient and of course, a happy doctor when I open the door and the patient is smiling with happiness. No kidding....you can imagine the feeling. I show this case in the Liposuction category because the simple cases are simple. The creative combination cases with the use of liposuction shows how one can literally be body contoured and body transformed with this wonderful procedure.
