This 52 year old lady underwent upper and lower eyelid surgery with removal of the fatty pads. (The patient disliked being asked if she was tired...when she was not! Note the crowded appearance in the pre operative views and when the skin and fatty pads are removed...presto...those blue eyes sparkle!!
