This 50 year-old lady demonstrates well the problems that patients have with "baggy" eyes and that "tired" look. Note in the angle pre op photo, the soft features of this patient's eyes are lost in the fatty pad features. Note also the youthful appearance in the post op photos and the post-op angle photo. Refreshed look...happy patient..happy doctor. (The patient also had a cyst of the right eyebrow taken out at the same time.)

Details: Notice the soft contours approaching the lower eyelids in the post operative view. Not "interrupted" by the fatty tissue bags.
