Patient with buttock asymmetry underwent a buttock lift to correct buttock tissue from hanging out of panties and for a more defined shape while wearing swimwear. The tradeoff, of course, are scars, but they will fade, usually over a year or so. Panties usually cover the scars quite nicely. Note the lift gives a very nice buttock contour from the back and side.

Details: Contours pouting out of the panties are lessened because the excision of this area then allows a thigh lift also.
