This 19 year old lady was having back and neck pain/bra strap digging and the other symptoms that go along with large breasts. She desired to be a B cup. The question of what size to be after the reduction is paramount. For this reason, I reveiw with the patient about 50 cases and determine what the patient wants by photos. In virtually all cases, there is a common theme as to where the patient wants to be. With this knowlege, the surgery merely fulfills their choice. This can be achieved with many different techniques.
