18 year-old male with gynecomastia. Shown post op at 2 months. Note the large loss of breast tissue such that this young man can now go without a shirt and not be afraid of the comments concerning excess breast tissue.

Details: Swellilng will continue to subside over the next 6-8 months. A much more confident young man. There was no weight loss...only excision of the gynecomastia tissue. This procedure takes about 2 hours and is done as an outpatient. |
