This patient complains of stretch marks on her abdomen, laxity of the abdomen and fatty tissue on her body in the waist and upper abdominal areas. She is an excellent candidate for tissue tightening with a tummy tuck and liposucton of the waist and upper back/hips areas.

Tissue Tightening Photos - Angle 1
Details: All tissue from the area above the belly button down to the pubic hair is removed. Then the upper abdominal tissue is "pulled down like a shade" and the belly button is "repopped" at the natural position. It is NOT removed. Liposuction is performed to give the definition of the waist and upper back/hips. The procedure takes about 3 hours in a patient that presents like this lady.

Details: The patient is shown 4 months post op and is NOT pulling her abdominal muscles in for the picture. The muscle tightening does this naturally. Swelling subsides over one year or so as does the scars fade over the same time period.
