This patient has the abdominal results of multiple pregnancies including stretch marks, laxity of the abdomen and fatty deposits of the central body area..especially the waist. A tummy tuck with muscle tightening is complimented with liposuction of the waist and abdomen areas. Note the very defined midabdominal area. This would be impossible to give a patient without liposuction. This patient is NOT holding her abdomen in for the picture. The muscle tightening does this for her. Shown 4 months post op and her contours will continue to improve over 8-12 months with the clothes shopping bill increasing accordingly!! (Please refer to Tummy Tuck category)
