This lady presents with the "potty" abdomen and fatty deposits on the waist, hips, inner thighs, outer thighs (saddlebags) and knees. The patient is quite muscular but her contour does not fit her desired body image. With a tummy tuck and tightening of the muscles, the patient achieves a flat stomach. To compliment the tummy tuck and give the patient inches off the areas mentioned, liposuction with tumescent fluid is used to take the layers of fatty tissue off the structures and give a very nice "package". This patient now enjoys shopping and her everyday life in the new contoured body. Happy patient. (Please refer to Liposuction category)
