41 year-old mother of three with sagging breasts, fatty deposits around the waist and abdomen and laxity of the abdominal wall muscles. The patient underwent a tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist and abdomen. At the same time the patient had a breast lift. Shown now at 3 months post-op. Her scars will fade to white usually within a year or so. Note the curves of the waist. This does NOT come from the tummy tuck...the flatness of the abdomen DOES come from the tummy tuck. Details: 41 year old patient wants to have a more youthful appearance. When presenting on the pre op visit, it was apparent that she would need a breast lift. This is shown in this view.
