Description: Patient underwent liposuction on back, waist, hips, thighs, and abdomen along with a tummy tuck at the same time to address her abdominal muscle laxity. This patient went on to lose 50 pounds and had touch-up liposuction. Note the dramatic change as a result of the combined procedures, shown 10 months post-op. Prior to surgery, this patient wore size 18 clothes. She now wears a size 2 and is not holding in her abdomen for the pictures. The muscle tightening does this for her. Details: Very dramatic case. This patient had a tummy tuck and liposuction...and then went on to lose 50 pounds. This case is a great one to show that weight loss after a tummy tuck and liposuction usually does NOT require any further surgery. The patient will lose weight in proportion to her "New" contouring and thus...she now is a size.................2 !!!!!
