48 year old patient.. has two children and requests body contouring. During the consultation, it was evident that the patient had a petite body structure but had a significant amount of fatty tissue "hiding" her true natural body shape. Her abdomen had a significant amount of laxity of the muscle stretching. A tummy tuck with liposuction of the waist and back area was suggested. The entire tissue from the original belly button area down to the pubic hair area was removed and the muscles of the abdomen tightened (NOT CUT). As you can see, her hour glass figure was there . . . it just needed a little time (excuse the pun) to enhance it.
