Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
Female
This young lady is the mother of one and has the stretch marks and fatty deposits that many patients find disappointing. The patient has had a tummy tuck and thereby removing most of the bothersome areas in the lower abdomen. All of the tissue from a point above the naval down to the pubic hair is removed. The muscles are tightened and closure is completed. Note the definition of the abdominal muscles. This comes from the combination of procedures as liposuction in the waist area greatly compliments the tummy tuck. Very happy patient. Shown 6 weeks post op. Improvements can continue for 8-10 months post op. (Please refer to Liposuction category)

Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) Photos - Angle 1

Details: All stretch marks from just above the naval..down to the pubic hair area...are removed. Any marks that are above this area...will show up in a lower position..as they are "pulled down..like a shade". If there are no marks above the naval, then none will result on the entire abdomen after the tummy tuck. Also note that the waist is ONLY defined by liposuction.....The tummy tuck gives the flattening.

Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) Photos - Angle 2

Details: Note the tone of the abdominal muscles. This is due ONLY by the tummy tuck. The patient is NOT holding her abdomen in....the tightening of the abdominal muscles does this.

Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) Photos - Angle 3

Details: This view shows the effect of the liposuction on the waist......It is NOT from the tummy tuck. If fat exists as a pocket...as in this case on the waist.....it is gone with the liposuction.

After photos were taken 2 Months after surgery/procedure.
