This patient had lost her breast volume due to multiple pregnancies. Prolonged breast feeding caused loss of breast tissue and overall stretching of the skin with nipple drooping. Dr. Louton suggested a breast lift (mastopexy) procedure to lift the nipple to its correct anatomic position and the removal of excess skin. Dr. Louton and the patient discussed whether or not to also augment the breast with implants. This patient did not desire any additional fullness and declined the added procedure. She is happy with her results.
