This patient underwent YAG laser treatment to remove brown pigmented spots on the face. The lesion with (**) has undergone 2 treatments. The lesion (*) disappeared after only one treatment. Only topical ice was needed for anesthesia. The remaining skin surrounding the lesions was not treated.
