Blepharoplasty (Asian Eyes)
65 year old, Female, Medium skin tone
Older Asian patient who had eyelid surgery elsewhere that damaged her right upper eyelid causing it to droop (ptosis). She also had over aggressive removal of fat that caused her to look "hollowed" or "skeletonized". This over aggressive removal of fat also causes multiple eyelid folds to occur (as you can see).

Details: This is the patient 1 month after surgery. She had repair of her previously damaged right upper eyelid muscle to return it back to normal height as well as fat taken from her lower eyelids and replaced to her upper eyelids to return volume. Although still swollen (typically goes away by 2-3 months), the patient's eyelids are now symmetric, equal height, and her restored volume has gotten rid of her multiple folds.

After photos were taken 1 Month after surgery/procedure.
