The patient was counseled on the quality of her skin due to her age, and that extreme tightness after the reduction would not be achievable. The patient was extremely realistic in her expectations and is very, very pleased with her results. The patient underwent liposculpture with the addition of the Lipotherme lipolysis for additional skin tightening. The patient has gone down in 3 dress sizes since her procedure alone.
