This 75 year-old man first had a QuickLift facelift done in Columbus, Ohio. He came to see Dr. Lichten because he was unhappy that the loose skin of his neck, which was his primary concern, was not corrected. A direct neck lift using Z-plasties to hide his scars was suggested to address his primary concern. The procedure was done with the patient awake under local anesthetic.
