A person's worst nightmare, accidentally fracturing a pristine front, top tooth. Several possibilities exist in restoring the smile.
Direct composite placement to rebuild the defect, porcelain laminate( ceramic veneer) or full porcelain crown.In this case we selected option one, the direct composite restoration. This is the same material a white filling is made of. It is durable and immediate. There are shortcomings as with any procedure. However, a porcelain laminate can be done later if desired
