Leedy at the Cleveland Plastic Surgery Institute to discuss medial thigh lift surgery. She underwent gastric bypass surgery and had a significant amount of weight loss. This left her with excess skin which was troublesome. She was particularly concerned about the extra skin of her medial thighs. After her consultation with Dr. Leedy she elected to proceed with a medial thigh lift. In that surgery the extra skin of the thigh is removed. There is an incision in the groin crease and another incision down the inner aspect of the thigh. She is seen approximately 3 months after surgery.
